Invitation to Bid for the Road Opening at Brgy. Quezon (Balay-aran), Cabugao, Ilocos Sur
1. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, through the R.A. 7171 - Appropriation Ordinance 2025-01 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Nine Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos & 26/100 (Php14,961,435.26) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Road Opening at Brgy. Quezon (Balay-aran), Cabugao, Ilocos Sur with contract no. 2025-02-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 175 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
