Invitation to Bid for the Road Concreting, Project ID NO.MAA-SAR-INF-001-2025 at Barangay Colon, Maasim, Sarangani Province.
1. The Local Government of Maasim, through the 20% Development Fund Reversion CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 3,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Road Concreting Diversion Road, San Benjamin to Pres. Garcia Ave. Extension, Project ID NO.MAA-SAR-INF-001-2025 at Barangay Colon, Maasim, Sarangani Province. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Maasim now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
