1 The Department of Education, Schools Division Office of Cagayan through the CY Quick Response Fund (QRF) Batch 1 under SUB-ARO No. OSEC-2-24-4732 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Fifteen Pesos and 33/100 Centavos (PhP3,374,815.33) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INFRA2025-041. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
