Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
REPAIR OF CEILING (BODEGA) AND CONSTRUCTION OF COMFORT ROOM AT PROVINCIAL HEALTH OFFICE,
ILAYA, CALAPAN CITY, ORIENTAL MINDORO
1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM), through the SB No. 2 - General Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Six Thousand One Hundred Thirty Six Pesos and 03/100 (Php 996,136.03) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Repair of Ceiling (Bodega) and Construction of Comfort Room at Provincial Health Office, Ilaya, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro (IB No. CW-2024-240-A)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 39 calendar days. Bidders should have a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
