INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
Repair and Renovation of DOH Gymnasium
IB No. CW-2025-001
1. The Department of Health (DOH), through the Continuing Appropriations (CONAP) of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Nine Million Six Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Eight Philippine Pesos and Fifty-Three Centavos (PhP39,693,178.53) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Repair and Renovation of DOH Gymnasium under IB No. CW-2025-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOH now invites bids for the procurement of the above-captioned project. Completion of the Works is required within the period specified under SECTION VI. Specifications. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
