Noble Street, Brgy. Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati City.
Bid Form and other documents shall be submitted manually at the DepEd-Makati Division Office - Bids and Awards Committee, Gov. Noble St., Brgy. Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati City, in a sealed envelope. If a bid price/unit price per item, as evaluated and calculated is higher than the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), the bidder submitting the same shall be automatically DISQUALIFIED.
