1. The Municipal Government of Kasibu, through the Supplemental Budget 2024 #1
intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand Nine
Hundred Ninety One Pesos and Three Centavos Only (P1,939,991.03) being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
Rehabilitation/Improvement of Farm to Market Road - Oggo Valdez Street located at
Alloy, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya Invitation Number: 232-2024. Bids received in excess
of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Kasibu now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Completion of the Works is required Sixty Six Days (66) Working Days.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an
eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II
(Instructions to Bidders).
