1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the BENRO Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Retaining Wall at Cell #3 Sanitary Landfill-Phase I (POW-8751-2024-ALN-07). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, Benguet now invites bids for the project:
