PPSC BAC IB NO.005 (I) 2025
1. The Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC), through the General Appropriations Act of FY2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱7,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION AND RENOVATION OF NFTI-s THREE (3) FLOORS/STOREY STAFF QUARTERS. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PPSC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Five (5) Months. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
