1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Fifty Four Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,054,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of Well Milled Rice for use of Food for Works. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro - Procurement Division Goods and Services Section now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) calendar days upon signing of the Notice to Proceed.
