1. The Municipality of Mendez-Nuñez, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all prospective bidders to apply for eligibility and subsequently bid for the:
a. Name of Project : Purchase of various Office Equipment, Furnitures to be used in the New Building of Municipal Health Office
b. Approved Budget for the Contract : Php 355,000.00
c. Bid Document Fee : Php 500.00
2. Bids exceeding the stated amount of ABC shall automatically be rejected at the bid opening.
3. The Municipality of Mendez-Nuñez now invites bids from authorized Philippine suppliers, distributors, and dealers for the Purchase of various Office Equipment, Furnitures to be used in the new building of Municipal Health Office.
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
