1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Twenty Two Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,022,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of Seeds for distribution in the implementation of Grain Enhancement Production under Agro Technology Resource Management Services Division. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
