INVITATION TO BID FOR Purchase of Rice for Ayuda sa Kapos ang Kita Program (AKAP) under Rice Assistance, Pamplona, Negros Oriental
The Municipality of Pamplona, through the GAA 2024 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (14,999,850.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Rice for Ayuda sa Kapos ang Kita Program (AKAP) under Rice Assistance, Pamplona Negros Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The Municipality of Pamplona, through the GAA 2024 intends to apply the sum Fourteen Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (14,999,850.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
