INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF MULTI-PURPOSE VAN, Office of the Philippine National Police, Isabela, Negros Occidental.
1. The MUNICIPALITY OF ISABELA, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 1,165,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PURCHASE OF MULTI-PURPOSE VAN, Office of the Philippine National Police, Isabela, Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPALITY OF ISABELA now invites bids for the PURCHASE OF MULTI-PURPOSE VAN, Office of the Philippine National Police, Isabela, Negros Occidental. Delivery of the Goods/services required is fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within TWO (2) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
