Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT/ VEHICLE TO BE USED IN HAULING DISASTER EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, SUPPLIES, GOODS, AND OTHER MATERIALS DURING RESPONSE OPERATIONS AND EMERGENCY EVACUATIONS
1. The City Government of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, through the Appropriation Ordinance of 2025, intends to apply the sum of three million and six hundred thirty-five thousand pesos (₱3,635,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for: Purchase of Heavy Equipment/ Vehicle to be used in hauling disaster equipment, tools, supplies, goods and other materials during response operations and emergency evacuations (BP-25-03-0023) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
