1. The Municipality of Compostela, through the General Fund, 5% Calamity Fund & 20% Development Fund C.Y 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Sixty-Eight Pesos and Sixty Centavos Only (P3,823,068.60) being the ABC to payments under the contract Purchase of Diesel for Various Light & Heavy Equipment for the Utilization on Different Project and Programs of LGU Compostela (1st Quarter) with Project Identification No. 2025-056. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
