Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF CONTAINER VANS TO SERVE AS STORAGE/ REPOSITORY OF BALLOT BOXES USED IN THE CONDUCT OF NATIONAL AND LOCAL ELECTIONS ON MAY 12, 2025
1. The City Government of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, through the Appropriation Ordinance of 2025, intends to apply the sum of one million and five hundred sixty-eight thousand pesos (₱1,568,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for: Purchase of container vans to serve as storage/ repository of ballot boxes used in the conduct of National and Local Elections on May 12, 2025 (BP-25-03-0056) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
