PURCHASE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR REHABILITATION OF OLD MUNICIPAL BUILDING
1. The Municipal Government of Bansud- Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), through the Capital Outlay - Continuing 2023 and 2022 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seventy Eight Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (Php. 1,078,400.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of Construction Materials for Rehabilitation of Old Municipal Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Bansud- Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by forty-five (45) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
