PURCHASE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF RIVER CONTROL - CONDE ROSACARA
1. Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), through the 20% Development Fund - Fiscal Year 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php 677,600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of Construction Materials for Construction of River Control - Conde Rosacara at Rosacara, Bansud, Oriental Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Bansud- Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by forty-five (45) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
