Description : The Municipality of Aloguinsan invites suppliers to submit quotations for the Purchase and Delivery of Fortified Foods for the Complementary Feeding Program of RHU. Please see attached RFQ.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Suppliers must be PHILGEPS registered and must provide their registration number on the submitted quotation(use the format provided in the attached RFQ).
2. Price quoted should be inclusive of taxes.
3. Interested suppliers are required to submit current Mayor's/Business Permit, Income/Business tax Return and Omnibus Sworn Statement upon submission of the price quotations.
4. Quotations may be submitted manually not later than December 2, 2024 at the Budget Office, Municipal Hall Building, Aloguinsan, Cebu or through email address: mboaloguinsan@gmail.com
5. Full delivery of items should be within 7 days upon receipt of Purchase Order.
