1. The Local Government Unit of Naguilian, Isabela, through the Capital Outlay of the Office of the Municipal Mayor CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php1,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Delivery of 50-Units Decorative Street Light Posts at Crisman and Rosario Street, Barangay Magsaysay and Barangay Minanga, Naguilian, Isabela with Identification Number 2024-11-1395. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
