1. The Municipality of Mangatarem, Pangasinan, through the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php 1,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Ambulance for Brgy. Dorongan Linmansangan, Mangatarem Pangasinan (2025-03-12). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Mangatarem, Pangasinan, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed.. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
