PUBLIC REBIDDING OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES
UNDER SINGLE YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (APRIL-DECEMBER 2025)
The PHILIPPINE ORTHOPEDIC CENTER (POC), using a single year Framework Agreement, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) and Hospital Income 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Six Hundred TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE Pesos (PHP18,621,763.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically be rejected.
The POC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of goods is required after issuance of a call - off. Bidders should have completed within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. (Instructions to Bidders).
