Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PUBLIC BIDDING FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DENTAL SUPPLIES LOT BID
Early Procurement Activity
1. The DOH- MIMAROPA Center for Health Development, through the National Expenditure Program FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Pesos (Php 3,149,989.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Dental Supplies Lot Bid under identification number RBAC II-2025-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOH- MIMAROPA Center for Health Development now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 45 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
