PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES (FY 2025-2027) RE-BID
1. The Professional Regulation Commission-Cordillera Administrative Region (PRC-CAR), through the General Appropriations Act for FY 2025 and Multi-Year Contractual Authority (MYCA) No. MYCA-BMB-B-24-0000112 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Nineteen Thousand One Hundred Seventy-seven Pesos (Php1,119,177.00) for FY 2025 of the multi-year contract [two (2) years and nine (9) months contract from April 2025-December 2027] being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Provision of Security Services (FY 2025-2027) Re-bid (IB No. 2025-02-002). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PRC-CAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements). Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
