Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROVISION OF JANITORIAL SERVICES
1. The Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology through the F-101 and F-164 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN NINE HUNDRED NINE PESOS AND 28/100 ONLY (P 2,567,909.28) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROVISION OF JANITORIAL SERVICES under ITB No. 2024-GOODS(EPA)-011. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology now invites bids for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) of the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Delivery of the Goods is required by Twelve (12) Months. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
