INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES FOR VARIOUS PROGRAMS (MSWDO, LDRRMO, MHO)
1. The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN, through the GENERAL FUND, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FORTY PESOS ONLY (PHP 398,540.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES FOR VARIOUS PROGRAMS (MSWDO, LDRRMO, MHO) (GOODS 2501-007). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of goods is to completed within 60 Calendar Days after receipt of Purchase Order /Contract. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
