INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES FOR THE CONDUCT OF VARIOUS PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES OF LGU - HINABANGAN FOR THE 1ST SEMESTER CY 2025
1. The Municipal Government of Hinabangan, through the General Fund - MOOE - Other MOOE CY 2025 and General Fund - MOOE - 1% LCPC Fund CY 2025 as per Appropriation Ordinance No. 06 Series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP2,187,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES FOR THE CONDUCT OF VARIOUS PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES OF LGU - HINABANGAN FOR THE 1ST SEMESTER CY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Hinabangan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project which includes the following to wit;
