Invitation to Bid for the PROPOSED REPAIR OF PATHWAYS
Barangay Panaruan, Sta. Margarita, Samar
1. The BLGU - Panaruan, Sta. Margarita, Samar, through the 2024 - 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty Four Thousand One Hundred Ninety Six Pesos & 40/100 Only (Php264,196.40) for the Proposed Repair of Pathways, Panaruan, Sta. Margarita, Samar being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Proposed Repair of Pathways, Brgy. Panaruan, Sta. Margarita Samar, BLGU Panaruan 2024-067. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU - Panaruan, Sta. Margarita, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 17 days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
