FOR THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI- SPECIALTY CENTER PHASE III (7- STOREY HOSPITAL COMPLEX)
1. The DAVAO REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (DRMC), through the HFEP CY2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Pesos (PHP100,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Proposed Construction of Multi- Specialty Center Phase III (7- Storey Hospital Complex) under IB no. 2025-03-0096. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DRMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred (300) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
