1. The Local Government Unit of Santander, through Local Funds intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 3,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supplemental Bidding for the Procurement/Supply of Petroleum Products for Motor Vehicle and Other Machineries (Diesel, Gasoline, Oils, Lubricants, Fluids, Battery, etc.). - January to December 2025, (Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
