Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF VENUE, CATERING SERVICES, HOTEL ACCOMODATION AND MEALS AND SNACKS FOR FY 2025
1. The Zamboanga City Medical Center, through the Regular GAA Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 5,962,500.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Venue, Catering Services, Meals and Snacks for FY 2025/2503-GOODS-13A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Zamboanga City Medical Center using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Regular GAA Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 5,962,500.00 being the ABC corresponding to the total cost of each item to be bid out. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
2. The Zamboanga City Medical Center now invites bids for Procurement of Venue, Catering Services, Meals and Snacks for FY 2025. Delivery terms provided in the contract after each issuance of a Call-Off.
