1. The Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital (JBLMGH), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) and/or Internally Generated Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Six Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos
(PHP 9,676,775.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Supplies and Equipment under IB No. 2025-05-06 (22). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
