1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF SAN JUAN, through the 2025 Annual Budget approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Four Hundred Seventy Three Thousand One Hundred Seventy Three Pesos and Forty Seven Centavos (P 473,173.47) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Project Reference No. 01-2025 - Procurement of Various Materials for the Continuation of Construction of Multi-Purpose Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF SAN JUAN now invites bids for the fabrication, supply and delivery of the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the Notice To Proceed.
