Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR THE USE AT THE LA PAZ MEDICARE AND COMMUNITY HOSPITAL
1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Five Pesos and 15/100 Pesos Only (PhP 1,499,785.15) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Drugs and Medicines for use at the La Paz Medicare and Community Hospital / B-G-2025-014-R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
