Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF
VARIOUS CONTRAST MEDIA (IODIXANOL) FOR CY 2025 (RE-BID)
ITB NO. 2025-187
1. The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP750,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various Contrast Media (Iodixanol) for CY 2025 (Re-bid) under ITB No. 2025-187. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Seven (7) calendar days upon receipt of an Advice for delivery. Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
