1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAGUMBAYAN, through the 20% MUN. D.F AIP 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTEEN PESOS (P 280,315.00). being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE RIPRAPPING OF RC PIPE AT SITIO MARANATA, BRGY. CHUA, BAGUMBAYAN SULTAN KUDARAT [2025 - 167]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
