1. The Carlos Hilado Memorial State University, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract of 2025 approved by the governing Board (INCOME-CO), intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 2,500,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF TURNSTILE GATE SYSTEM WITH ID PRINTER FOR ALIJIS CAMPUS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
