Description : SECOND INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF IN SITU REAL-TIME WATER QUALITY MONITORING EQUIPMENT
1. The ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES- REGION VII, Banilad, Mandaue City, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION PESOS (PHP 5,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES- REGION VII AND THE BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed, within one hundred (100) days from the date of Notice to Proceed from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
