1. The Department of Health (DOH), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Thirty Million Philippine Pesos (PhP30,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement Service Provider for the Reverse Logistics and Proper Disposal of Wastes from COVID-19 Vaccination and other Pharmaceutical Products - Rebid under IB No. 2024-252-A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
