Description : PROCUREMENT OF SEMI-EXPENDABLE MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR USE AT THE EYE CENTER SECTION OF THE TARLAC PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL
1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Six Thousand Two Hundred Pesos Only (PhP 1,106,200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Semi-Expendable Medical Supplies for use at the Eye Center Section of the Tarlac Provincial Hospital / B-G-2025-J-042. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
