1. The National Food Authority (NFA) - Region X, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Corporate Operating Budget for the year 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-NINE MILLION EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE PESOS ONLY (PHP 29,085,525.00) being the ABC, inclusive of VAT, through payment-in-kind (PIK) scheme to payments under the contract for the hereunder items.
