1. The Tondo Medical Center (TMC), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Eighty-one Thousand Philippine Pesos (PhP 2,881,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Preventive Maintenance and Calibration of Medical Equipment of Tondo Medical Center for the Year 2025 under IB No. 2025-073. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
