The Cotabato Sanitarium & General Hospital through the National Expenditure Program FY 2025 intends to apply the sum stated below being the ABC to payments under the contract for the procurement of each Goods/lndicative APP. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
