Barangay Motag, Malay through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites all interested contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the following projects:
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures
Procurement of Office and Other Supplies - ₱ 254,500.00, 30CD
using a non- discretionary “PASS/FAIL” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
All particulars relative to Eligibility requirements or Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bid Conference, Opening and Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of RA. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).
