Procurement of Motor Vehicle
(Rebid)
1. The BLGU City Heights, through the Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy Thousand pesos (270,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Motor Vehicle Line Item No. 6 Supply and Delivery of Brand New Motorcycle / PB-BCH 006-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU City Heights now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) days. Bidders should have completed within the period of November 21, 2022 to November 28, 2024 a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of ... - Documents :
