INVITATION TO BID FOR
Procurement of Medicines and Laboratory Supplies
1. The Local Government Unit of Bagamanoc, Catanduanes through the 5%. Intends to apply the sum of One Million Twenty Four Thousand Four Hundred Four and Twenty Centavos (1,024,404.20)being the ABC to payments under the contract for BM-2024-15 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Bagamanoc, Catanduanes now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
