PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND REHAB OF MONTE SANTO TOURIST SITE AT SENGAL, LAMITAN CITY
The City Government of Lamitan, through the Office of the City Mayor under Supplemental-1, 2025 intends to apply the sum of PHILIPPINE PESO: TWO MILLION PESOS AND 00/100 (PhP2,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND REHAB OF MONTE SANTO TOURIST SITE AT SENGAL, LAMITAN CITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The City Government of Lamitan through the Office of the City Mayor under Supplemental 1, 2025 intends to apply the following ABC per item to payments under the Contract or each item, to wit:
