Description : Procurement of Materials and Labor for Temporary Learning Spaces
(ITB No. 2024-INFRA-004)
1. The Department of Education Schools Division of Toledo City through Sub-ARO No. ROP-7-24-0764 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 2,880,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Materials and Labor for Temporary of Learning Spaces. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Department of Education Schools Division of Toledo City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
