Description : 1. The Department of Information and Communications Technology 5 (DICT 5) intends to apply the sum of Twenty Six Million Two Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Two Pesos and Forty Centavos Only (Php26,264,372.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) which shall be charged against the FY 2024 GAA to payments under the contract for the Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Managed Services for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Data File Storage and Security System for Region V. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DICT now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Service must be completed within Sixty (60) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
